Space and fixture planning, selecting finishes, fixtures and furniture including interior paint, counters, tile, flooring, plumbing, lighting and appliances, creating Design Documents to go with your construction plans, elevations and details. Partnering with your preferred architect and/or contractor to provide the design details needed for construction of your residential or commercial project. As construction occurs, I act as the go-to for questions as needed while also being available to check on the project to ensure that it has been built to design intent and as you approved.

Furniture, art, accessories, lighting and window treatment selection for residential and commercial projects.
For each decor project I begin by working with the client to develop a custom concept based on their style and personality. I source all furniture and decor items necessary to complete your project and present recommendations at the design meeting with a scale drawing of the proposed furniture layout options. After all items are approved, we begin the purchasing process and I oversee shipping, tracking and final installation.
3D Models & RENDERING
Realistic 3D renderings of designs for both residential and commercial spaces.
Architectural 3D interior renderings are a great way to visualize your space, and they can be a powerful tool to showcase the elements of your building design to clients or investors before it’s complete. We offer interior and exterior renderings for print, web, and marketing.
Price range depends on complexity of the project and starts at $400 per image.
Event & Photoshoot Design

Events and photoshoots can be overwhelming without a strong design to tie all the details together. Creating a cohesive design aesthetic helps ensure your vision becomes a reality. Event and Photoshoot design entails developing and creating the overall look and feel. From hair and makeup, to wardrobe, venue selection and decor, food and more we offer coordination services of the design with vendors, locations and event coordinators so that the approved intent is executed.
